What Is A Reverse Osmosis System ?

RO Works By Passing Water Through A Semi-Permeable Membrane That Separates The Pure Water Into One Stream And The Salt Water Into Another Stream. The Process Is Called “Reverse Osmosis” Because It Requires Pressure To Force Pure Water Across A Membrane, Leaving The Impurities Behind. In Most Cases, 95% Of The Minerals, Salts And Other Inorganic Dissolved Solids, Such As Metals, Fluoride, Sodium, And Calcium Are Removed By RO Systems .

The Raw Water Would Be Pumped To The MSF, ACF And MCF By Means Of Raw Water Pump. This Pump Will Create Minimum Head Required For The Multi Grade Filter Pump To Boost The Water.

The Raw Water From Its Source Will Be Directly Passed Through The MSF To Remove Suspended Solids From The Same. The Multi Grade Sand Filter Will Be Designed For A Filtration Velocity Of 19-20 M/Hr For Efficient Filtration.

The Raw Water From Its Source Will Be Directly Passed Throught The ACF To Remove Chlorine, Color & Odor From Raw Water. The Charcol Filter Will Be Designed For A Filtration Velocity Of 19-20 M/Hr For Efficient Filtration.

The Features Of This Antiscalent Are:

  • Prevent Organic And Inorganic Fouling Of The Reverse Osmosis System.
  • Take Care Of High Incoming Silica And Bicarbonate Load In The Feed To The RO Thus Reducing Scaling Of The RO Pressure Tubes.

A MCF Is Provided To Remove Fine Suspended Solids, Which May Escape From Upstream Units. 5 Micron Cartridge Filter Is Provided Which Will Remove Fine Suspended Solids Up To 5 Micron, Which If Not Trapped May Clog The RO Membrane. This Would Also Eliminate Problems In The High-Pressure Pumps Due To Presence Of Particulate Matter.

RO Will Serve The Purpose Of Reducing TDS 1000 To Around < 100ppm. The RO Unit Shall Have A Conductivity Meter At The Outlet To Monitor The Performance.

Remove Back Pressure In R.O. Membrane Elements. It Is Only Storage Of The Treated Water.

Empty PET Bottles Are Manually Or Automatically Loaded Onto The Infeed Air Conveyor. Where High Pressure Air From A Blower Is Used To Convey The Bottle Supported On The Neck To The Transfer Rotor Via An Infeed Air Conveyor. The Air Conveyor Can Be Operated To Accommodate Different Bottle Sizes Without Making Any Adjustments. Hence Time Is Not Wasted In Conveyor Adjustment On The Infeed Side. By Air Conveyor The Pet Bottles Are Transferred Through The Transfer Rotor To The Rinse (Washing) Rotor. The PET Bottle Is Kept On The Neck During The Transfer.

The Automatic Rinse Rotor Has Spring Loaded Grippers Mounted Radially Which Pick Up Bottles One By One From The Infeed Transfer Rotor. The Bottle Is Inverted Against A Lever On The Rinse Valve To Start The Rinsing Operation. Thus We Have NO BOTTLE – NO RINSE (Washing). Bottles Are Washed For Upto Three Seconds Each, Before Draining (For Removal Of Residual Water) And Uprighting For Transfer To The Filling Rotor. The Rinsing Medium Is Generally Product Water. Soft Drink, Juice, Alcohol, Beer Tanks Have A CIP System. The CIP (Clean In Place) System Does Not Need To Disassemble Or Move The Device, And Uses High-Temperature, High-Concentration Cleaning Agents To Clean The Containers, Pipes, Pumps, Filters, And Equipment Of The Entire Production Line In The Food And Beverage Production.

WATER FILLING TANK AND NOZZLE

After The Filling Operation Is Completed, The Bottles Are Transferred To The Capping Rotor Through The Out Cap Picking Rotor. There Are Two Ways Of Capping, 1- Capping Sout And 2- Pickup Place . 

24 BPM To 90 BPM Capping Sout And 120 BPM To 250 BPM Pickup Place In Water Filling And Pickup Place In Juices, Soft Drinks, Alcohol, Beer. The Capping Head Is Magnetic And Spring Loaded So The Cap Does Not Get Too Tight.

Caps Are Stored In A Ground Level Hopper Mounted On A Base On An Elevator Column. The Caps Are Elevated/Oriented And Bent Into The Cap Chute Which Leads To The Filling Machine. The Cap Elevator Is Connected To The Cap Suit. The Operation Of The Elevator Is Automatically Controlled By A Control Panel Mounted Sensor, The Cap Elevator Automatically Stops When The Chute Is Full To Capacity And Restarts When The Caps Are Consumed.

Bottle After The Rinseing – Filling – Capping Cycle Is Completed The Bottle Is Released Onto The Outfeed Slat Conveyor. The Bottles Are Visually Inspected Against A Fluorescent Background Light To Detect Particles. Mounted On The Inspection Light. Also The Bottles Are Counted With The Help Of A Sensor Which Gives A Digital Count On The Control Panel Which Shows The Finished Bottles. Place The Body Sleeve On The Empty Round Bottle Itself. The Bottle Will Pass Through A Heat Shrink Tunnel Labeled If There Is A Labeling Machine Then Its Converter Is Connected And If There Is No Labeling Machine Then It Is Connected To The Shrink Vape Machine. Which Is Found Only In Automatic Plants.
